Scouter Renewal Reminder – began March 1st
Scouter renewal season is a great time to check in with your team...
- What was a great success that you had this year?
- What is something you learned?
- Do you have any suggestions for me, as GC, to improve on for our Group
next year? - Are you interested in returning to the same role?
- Is there a different role you would like to try, or even just learn about next
year?
These types of questions and check-ins will help you to plan for youth capacity, as well as succession planning for the coming Scouting year.
Best of all, they support volunteer development, volunteer retention, and a happy, healthy Group!
Upcoming MYS and Support Centre System Changes
