Youth Registration Refund Request

Scouts Canada aims to process refund requests within 25 business days. Please note that during peak registration periods in the fall and winter, processing times may be longer.

To qualify for a refund, requests must be submitted within the following timelines:
Registrations completed on or before January 1, 2026: Refund requests must be received no later than January 31, 2026.
Registrations completed after January 1, 2026: Refund requests must be received within 30 days of the registration date.

Refunds cannot be issued outside of these timeframes.
