We’re excited to share a new feature that makes registration even easier for Scout Groups: Group Billing Code Self-Serve! 🏕️
✨ What’s New?
Scout Groups can now request their own group billing codes directly within MyScouts—no Support Centre intervention required! This enhancement streamlines the registration process, reduces manual ticket handling, and gives Groups more control over their billing codes. 🙌
🛠️ How Does It Work?

Who Can Use It?
Group Commissioners, Registrars, Administrators, and Treasurers can access this feature. 🧑💼 -
Where to Find It:
Log into MyScouts and navigate to your Group profile. On the left-hand side, you’ll see a new option: Request Group Billing Code. 👀 -
How It Works:
- Click the new menu option to request a code for the year. 📅
- Codes are automatically generated, valid for five uses, and come with a fixed start and expiry date. 🔢
- You’ll receive an email within a couple of hours containing your group billing code information. 📧
- Share the code with parents who need it for youth registration. 👨👩👧👦
